Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 14, 2026.

This policy covers the iOS app Not Me! Offline Party Games, published in Russian as «Не Я!». Bundle id com.alba.SpyBest, version 1.1, iPhone and iPad, iOS 26.0 or later. The app is published by ИП Ахмадиев Альберт Маратович, a sole proprietor registered in Russia; "we" on this page means that developer. A Russian version of this page is at privacy-ru.html.

Summary

What the app stores on your device, and why

The app saves two kinds of data. Both are stored only on your device, inside the app's own storage container.

Settings. These are kept in the standard iOS preferences store (UserDefaults) so that the app opens the way you left it:

These are interface switches. They contain no name, e-mail address, phone number, device identifier or advertising identifier.

Packs you create yourself. If you make your own pack, the pack title and the card texts you type are saved locally in the app's on-device database (SwiftData). There is no share, export, upload or sync path for this content. It never leaves your device and is never visible to any other user. What you type is up to you. It stays on the device you typed it on, so the only people who can read it are the people you hand that device to.

The app's privacy manifest matches this: NSPrivacyTracking is false, there are no tracking domains, the list of collected data types is empty, and the one declared API category is UserDefaults with reason CA92.1 — accessing information from the app itself only.

Device motion in "Who am I?"

One game mode, "Who am I?" («Кто я?»), is played with the phone held against your forehead. In that mode the app reads device motion (CoreMotion) to tell which way you tilted the phone, and that tilt is your answer.

What the app does not access

The app does not use the camera, the microphone, your photos, your contacts, your location or any health data. It does not track you across apps or websites, and it has nothing to track you with, because it makes no network requests at all.

No sharing, no selling, no third parties

There is no data sharing of any kind. Nothing is sold, rented, licensed or disclosed to anyone, and there are no third parties involved in the app at all: no advertising networks, no analytics providers, no crash reporters, no data brokers, no embedded SDKs. This is not a promise about how carefully data is handled. There is no data leaving your device to handle.

Retention and deletion

Your settings and your own packs stay on your device for as long as the app is installed. Deleting the app, or clearing its data, removes all of it from the device. The app keeps no second copy of it anywhere.

You can also delete your own packs from inside the app: Settings has a Delete my packs button, with a confirmation step. It appears once you have created at least one pack of your own. Deleting them this way is permanent too.

Because there is no account and no server, we cannot access, identify, export or delete your data remotely. We never receive it, so there is no copy on our side to delete, and there is nothing useful to send a deletion request about. For the same reason we cannot restore packs you have deleted — we hold no backup of them.

Children

This is a general-audience party game, rated 16+ on the App Store. It is not directed at children. No data is collected from anyone, at any age, so no children's personal data is collected either. There are no ads, no tracking, and no way to contact other people through the app.

The 18+ content filter

Some packs are marked 18+ — flirting, hookups, nightlife, references to alcohol, and dark lateral-thinking riddles. These packs are hidden by default. A setting called "show 18+ packs" reveals them.

This is a convenience content filter, not a parental control. There is no passcode on the switch and no age verification. Anyone using the device can turn it on. If you are handing the phone to a younger group, leave the switch off and check the packs that are selected.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app changes what it stores or what it does, this page is updated and the effective date at the top changes with it. If any version ever sends data off the device, this page will describe exactly what is sent and why.
