Terms of Use
Effective date: September 14, 2026.
These terms cover the iOS app Not Me! Offline Party Games (Russian name: «Не Я!»), bundle id com.alba.SpyBest, Apple ID 6762642879, version 1.1. The app is published by ИП Ахмадиев Альберт Маратович, a sole proprietor registered in Russia ("the developer", "we"). You are "you" — the person who installed the app.
Installing or using the app means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, delete the app.
1. What the app is
Not Me! is a free party game for one iPhone or iPad. Everyone plays around a single device and passes it from hand to hand. Version 1.1 has 22 game modes, 121 bundled packs and 10,189 cards. The app is fully bilingual: the interface and the card content are available in Russian and in English. It needs iOS 26.0 or later and runs on iPhone and iPad.
The app contains no network code. It runs completely in Airplane Mode. There is no server, no backend, no cloud sync, no account, no login and no registration. There are no ads, no analytics, no crash reporting and no third-party SDK of any kind. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no virtual currency. Nothing inside the app costs money.
The app collects nothing about you. Its App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected". What the app stores on your own device, and why none of it leaves the device, is described in privacy.html.
2. Your licence
The developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, under Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service. The app is licensed to you, not sold.
- The licence is free of charge. It is granted through the App Store and only through the App Store.
- It is for your own private, non-commercial use — playing the game with the people around you.
- You cannot transfer, sublicense, rent, lease, sell or redistribute the app or the licence.
- If you stop following these terms, the licence ends. Delete the app if that happens.
The App Store age rating is 16+. The app itself never checks anyone's age and has no way to do so. Who installs it, and who ends up holding it during a game, is decided by people — see section 6.
3. No account, nothing to sign in to
There is no account system. You never create a profile, set a password or give an email address to use the app. There is no way to log in, because there is nowhere to log in to.
Your settings — reveal mode, haptics, night-table dark mode, the "show 18+ packs" toggle and the last few game modes you played — are stored by the app on your device (in UserDefaults). The packs you write yourself are stored in the app's local database on the same device (see section 4). Both live inside the app's own container and go no further.
4. Packs you create yourself
You can write your own packs: a title and the card texts you type. They are saved locally on your device (SwiftData) and stay there.
- There is no share, export, upload or sync path in the app. Your text never leaves the device, is never sent to the developer and is never visible to any other user.
- You own what you write, and you are responsible for it. Do not type other people's personal data, other people's copyrighted text, or anything that would be illegal to write down.
- The developer never sees this content and cannot review, moderate, recover or restore it.
- You can delete your own packs inside the app: Settings has a Delete my packs button with a confirmation step, shown once you have created at least one pack.
- Deleting the app, or clearing its data, deletes your packs permanently. We hold no backup, because we hold nothing at all: there is no account and no server to hold it on.
5. Acceptable use
Use the app as a game. Do not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or try to extract the source code or the bundled card content, except where the law expressly allows it;
- modify the app, or build a derivative app or product from it or from its content;
- copy, republish or resell the bundled packs and cards, in the app or anywhere else;
- use the app to harass, humiliate, threaten or bully anyone, or to break any law that applies to you;
- use the app in a paid or commercial setting — for example, as ticketed entertainment or as part of a venue's programme — without written permission from the developer.
6. The 18+ packs are opt-in, and the host decides who plays
Some packs are marked 18+: flirting, hookups, nightlife, references to alcohol, and dark lateral-thinking riddles. They are hidden by default. They appear only after someone turns on the "show 18+ packs" setting.
That toggle is a convenience content filter, not a parental control. There is no passcode on it, no age verification behind it, and nothing in the app checks who is holding the phone. Anyone with the device in their hands can turn it on or off.
These packs are intended for adults. If you are the host — the person whose phone is on the table — you decide which packs are open and who is sitting in the circle. Check the group before you turn 18+ packs on, and turn them back off before handing the phone to a younger group. If you are playing with minors, or with people who have not agreed to adult content, keep the toggle off and pick a family-friendly pack.
7. Dares and prompts are entertainment
The cards are written to make a room laugh and argue. They are entertainment, not instructions and not advice.
- Every card is optional. A player can skip any card, pass their turn, or leave the game at any moment, for any reason or none. Skipping is a normal part of playing, not a forfeit you must justify.
- Do not do anything unsafe, illegal, degrading or harmful because a card mentions it. A card is a suggestion on a screen; what actually happens in the room is a choice the players make themselves.
- Respect consent. Do not pressure anyone into answering a question or doing a dare, and stop when someone says stop.
- One mode, "Who am I?" («Кто я?»), asks a player to hold the phone to their forehead and tilt it to answer. Hold the device firmly and give yourself room. The app reads the tilt live through the device motion sensor; the readings are never stored and never sent anywhere.
- You are responsible for your own actions and for what your group does while playing.
8. Alcohol
Nothing in the app requires anyone to drink. Some 18+ cards mention drinks or nightlife; any of them can be skipped like any other card. The app records nothing about a game, so nothing anyone drinks, or declines to drink, is counted or kept. Drinking non-alcoholic, or not drinking at all, is always a valid way to play. Follow the drinking-age law where you are, and never drive after drinking.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its code, its design, its name, its icon and all 121 bundled packs and 10,189 cards belong to ИП Ахмадиев Альберт Маратович and are protected by copyright. These terms give you a licence to play, and nothing else. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The packs you write yourself are yours. Because they never leave your device, you grant the developer no rights in them.
10. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", free of charge. To the extent the law allows, the developer gives no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
The app is not an online service: there is nothing hosted, so nothing here is a promise of uptime or availability. We also do not promise that the app is free of errors, that every card is correct or to everyone's taste, or that it will keep working on future versions of iOS or on every device. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under the law of the country you live in are not affected by this section.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the app or from the way people choose to play it — including arguments, embarrassment, offence taken at a card, injury or property damage caused by something players decided to do, or the loss of packs you created locally.
The app is free and there are no payments of any kind, so there is no purchase price to refund. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights are not affected.
12. Apple
These terms are between you and the developer only. Apple is not a party to them.
- Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for it. Any support for the app comes from the developer — see section 15.
- The app is free, so there is no purchase price for Apple to refund if the app fails to conform to any warranty. Beyond that, Apple has no warranty obligation for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for handling any claim about the app: product liability, a failure to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, or a claim under consumer protection or similar law. Those are the developer's responsibility.
- If a third party claims the app infringes their intellectual property, the developer, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving it.
- You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you as the user of the app.
Apple's own App Store Terms of Service, including the Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, also apply to your download of the app.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation, where the developer is registered. If you use the app as a consumer, this does not take away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and it does not stop you from bringing a claim in the courts available to you there.
14. Changes
These terms can change — for example when a new version of the app adds or removes something. The current text always lives on this page with the effective date at the top, and a new version applies from the date it is published.
The app is fully offline and cannot notify you of a change. Check this page if you want to know the current terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new text.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms, a bug, or a card that should not be in the game:
- Email: InnoAppDesign@yandex.com
- Support form: forms.gle/f4DUfvcd97iUuqW68
- Bug reports on GitHub: github.com/aakhmadievvll-cyber/NotMe-Legal/issues
Writing to us happens outside the app. The app has no network code and cannot send anything, so a message exists only if you write it yourself, in your own mail app or browser. The support form is hosted by Google and the address is a Yandex mailbox, so a message you send that way travels through those providers. We see what you choose to put in it, and nothing else: the app sends us nothing about you, your device or your game.
